The Ukrainian official stated that it is now impossible to count the exact number of victims in the towns of Mariupol and Volnovaka, pointing out that the Russian attacks yesterday caused damage to residential homes and one of the infrastructure goals in the Donetsk region. One civilian was reported injured.
Today, Saturday, the Ukrainian army announced that the death toll of Russian soldiers has risen to 190,040 since the start of the military operation on February 24, 2022.
The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine stated, according to the news agency (Ukrinform), that during this period Russia also lost 3,697 tanks, 7,184 armored vehicles, 2,908 artillery systems, 543 multiple rocket launcher systems, 294 air defense systems, and 308 air defense systems. combat aircraft, 294 helicopters, 18 warships, as well as 5,836 vehicles and fuel tanks, in addition to 355 special equipment.
For its part, the General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces stated today, Saturday, that the Ukrainian forces managed to repel 48 Russian attacks during the past 24 hours, in the regions of Bakhmut, Avdiivka, Marinka and Liman.
The authority added - according to the Ukrainian news agency "Ukrinform" - that during the past 24 hours, the Russian forces carried out 48 attacks, Bakhmut and Marinka are still in the focus of offensive actions. On the other hand, the representative office of the Donetsk region in the "Joint Center for Monitoring and Coordination of Cases Related to Ukrainian War Crimes" reported that the Ukrainian forces bombed the city of Donetsk and its environs 47 times during the past day, and fired 259 shells and missiles, killing 9 civilians and injuring 17 others.
The office stated - according to the "Russia Today" news channel - that the artillery targeted the Gorlovka axis with 21 shelling operations with 155 mm shells, and on the Yasinavata axis, the artillery targeted with 155, 152 and 122 mm caliber shells with 5 shelling operations, and on the Volnovakhsky axis, there are five Artillery shells 155, 152 and 122 mm.

And the Russian defense added, according to (Russia Today) news channel, today, Saturday, that its forces were able to target one of the sites of the Azov battalion fighters, north of Donetsk.
Yesterday, the Russian Defense Ministry announced that 50 Ukrainian servicemen had been killed in thwarting an attempt to deliver Ukrainian reinforcements to the city of Donetsk.
