A group of hackers threaten European Union banks

Brussels-The Hague: Europe and the Arabs and agencies
Dutch broadcaster RTL News reports that three hacker groups allegedly linked to Russia have threatened to launch a cyberattack on European banks.

The Dutch channel indicated that the hackers belong to the "Anonymous Sudana", "REvil" and "Killnet" groups.

These threats came in the form of a message posted by hackers, in which it was stated that the attack they intend to carry out on European banks is "a response to the West supplying weapons to Ukraine."

Dutch cybersecurity company Computest believes the warning is real, but it doesn't know if hackers will be able to implement their threat.

And the company "FalconFeeds" for cybersecurity added that it does not rule out that the "Swift" system is the target of hackers.

Last week, a group of ports in the Netherlands were attacked by hackers, which disrupted the websites of the ports of Rotterdam, Amsterdam and Groningen.
