The death toll from Storm Karian in Europe has risen to 20 people, with losses in the millions

Storm Karian continues to hit several European countries since last Thursday. In Belgium, the authorities continued their warnings to citizens about the speed of the winds, while more than one death was recorded. This came as the number of victims of the storm in Europe rose to 20 people, and the impact of the storm was clearly visible in France, Spain and Portugal with strong winds. Its speed is 130-160 km/h.
In Portugal, a fourth body was found on board a sailboat that capsized due to a storm surge, about 60 kilometers north of Lisbon. At least three of them are Danish citizens, and in addition to the four deaths in Portugal, it left one victim in Spain, nine in Italy, three in France, two in Belgium, one death in the Netherlands and one in Germany.
