Today, Thursday, the Minister of Hajj and Umrah, Dr. Tawfiq bin Fawzan Al-Rabiah, announced the official launch of the national platform for Hajj and Umrah, “Nusk”, during his participation in the “Digital Government Forum 2022” organized by the Digital Government Authority, entitled “Towards a Promising Digital Horizon.”
Dr. Tawfiq Al-Rabiah stated, according to the Saudi Press Agency, “SPA”, that the platform currently provides more than 121 various services to facilitate the procedures for the arrival of pilgrims from all over the world, within easy and convenient procedures, with the aim of providing distinguished service to pilgrims and enriching the experience for pilgrims, Umrah performers and visitors, to achieve The objectives of the Kingdom's Vision 2030 programs.

Dr. Tawfiq pointed out that the NSK platform provides 75 services to the business sector, and about 45 services to the individual sector, revealing that the platform aims to provide its services to more than 30 million people, in cooperation with more than 10 thousand entities in the business sector, and linking and integrating with 25 government agencies.

And the Minister of Hajj and Umrah indicated that one of the main factors in enriching the experience of the guests of Rahman is the digital experience, pointing out that the "Nusk" platform, which is an integrated system of services, comes under the umbrella of the pilgrims' service program - one of the Kingdom's Vision 2030 programs - in cooperation with the Ministry of Tourism and the Saudi Commission. for tourism.

Al-Rabeeah said that the platform aims to introduce the guests of Rahman to all stages of performing Umrah, and to introduce them to the historical areas and religious sites in Makkah Al-Mukarramah and Al-Madinah Al-Munawwarah, indicating that "Nusk" is a reliable platform to provide integrated services with full transparency in one site to facilitate planning for the journey of faith, and to introduce services. Health, regulations and procedures, and guide who needs Rahman from all over the world.
