The United Arab Emirates celebrates the 51st anniversary of its union and the declaration of the establishment of the state, which is the most important occasion in the country and which all Emiratis at home and abroad are keen to celebrate.

Today, the UAE embassy in Cairo will hold a celebration that includes ambassadors of Arab and foreign countries and a group of public figures and artists, according to the website of the seventh day, which added that on this occasion, government and private departments declared December 2 and 3 an official holiday in the country.
Official and popular celebrations are held in the UAE on this occasion, and UAE diplomatic missions in various countries around the world celebrate.
It is noteworthy that the historic declaration of the federation was on July 18, 1971, when the rulers of six emirates, namely Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm al-Quwain and Fujairah, decided to form the United Arab Emirates.
The text of the federation in the meeting of the rulers of the emirates stated, "The Supreme Council presents this happy good news to the people of the United Arab Emirates and all brotherly Arab countries, friendly countries, and the whole world, announcing the establishment of the United Arab Emirates as an independent, sovereign state, and part of the great Arab homeland."
On February 10, 1972, Ras al-Khaimah joined it, and the federation became integrated and included the seven emirates.
