A musical performance led by Jeff Neff will be presented in the prestigious Henri Le Boeuf Hall, at the Palace of Fine Arts “Bozar” in the Belgian capital, Brussels, next Friday evening, in the presence of Their Majesties King Philippe and Queen Mathilde, and several hundred distinguished guests from Belgium and abroad, whether from European countries or others. As part of celebrating the beginning of Belgium’s rotating presidency of the European Union, which began at the beginning of the year and continues for six months.
According to the website of the Belgian Presidency of the European Union, the evening will include an original musical creation by Jeff Neff, a tribute to major world-famous Belgian artists, and performances by special guests including violinist Lorenzo Gatto and singers Sela Sue and Charlotte Adigiri. An orchestra composed of musicians from across the country will set the tone for the evening, which will conclude with a reception. The show will be broadcast live on the presidential electronic channels, as well as on national public television channels.
The event, organized in cooperation with communities and regions, is part of the international "Belgium". The Embracing Openness campaign, which aims to highlight Belgium's openness to innovation, based on cooperation and diversity.
