The European Union praised the historic achievement achieved by the Jordanian national football team by reaching the final match in the Asian Nations Championship after defeating its Korean counterpart. In a post on the X website (formerly Twitter), Luis Bueno, the European Union spokesman in North Africa and the Middle East, wrote and said, “The national team qualified.” Al-Nashami reached the final of the Asian Nations Cup for the first time, and the Jordanian national team wrote a new history. The Vice President of the Jordanian Football Association explained: “Hussein Amouta is a great coach who made history for Al-Nashami, and we pray to God that this effort will be crowned by winning the title after qualifying at the expense of South Korea.”
