Brussels: Europe and the Arabs
Within the framework of the "Palestine through the eyes of Russian and foreign artists" project, the 35th International Art Exhibition, dedicated to commemorating the 18th anniversary of the martyrdom of the late Palestinian President, Yasser Arafat, will be organized. And the exhibition bears the name: “The Spirit of Palestine - in the plots of Russian and foreign artists.” The exhibition will open on November 11, 2022 at 16.00 at the address: Yaroslavl, St. Klobnaya, 19, on the site of the MAU Yaroslavl exhibition, the "Energetik" recreation center.
The exhibition is organized within the framework of the project “Palestine through the eyes of Russian and foreign artists” by the regional public organization of the Chuvashia Republic “Association for Friendship and Cooperation of the Peoples of Chuvashia and Palestine”, branches of the Chuvashia and Yaroslavl Territories. International public organization "The Imperial Orthodox Palestinian Society", the Russian Organization for Solidarity and Cooperation with the Peoples of Asia and Africa (representation in the Chuvashia Republic) with the support of the Department of Culture of the Yaroslavl Mayor's Office.
The exhibition is dedicated to the 34th anniversary of the declaration of the State of Palestine, the commemoration of the martyrdom of Yasser Arafat, and the 140th anniversary of the founding of the Imperial Orthodox Palestinian Society. It will feature works by famous and talented Arab, Palestinian and Russian artists from different regions and cities.
