However, during the past few days, the US administration has warned European allies of Russia's circumvention of the sanctions, according to media reports from the American capital.
The Financial Times said that the United States warned four European countries of the methods Russia uses to evade sanctions, and provided them with a detailed list of high-value dual-use goods that Moscow is trying to obtain, at a time when Washington is intensifying its efforts to prevent Russia from obtaining weapons for the war in Ukraine.

The Financial Times said the United States and its G7 partners have made removing loopholes related to sanctions and combating evasion a priority in recent months, as the appetite for sanctioning new parts of the Russian economy has waned.
