The Iraqi-Belgian Center for Culture, Literature and Arts in Brussels held a cultural celebration for Dr. Historian, researcher and thinker Ali Al-Nashmi, on Saturday evening.
During the lecture, Dr. Ali Al-Nashmi focused on the issue of returning stolen antiquities, which are estimated at tens of thousands of artifacts. After the end of the lecture, he opened the way for questions, all of which were objective and accurate. At the end of the evening, Dr. Fawzi Al-Kinani, head of the Iraqi-Belgian Center for Culture and Arts, presented a certificate of thanks and appreciation to the lecturer, Everyone was keen to take a group photo
In his speech, Dr. Al-Kinani focused on opening the closed Iraqi cultural centers, which are estimated at 16 centers in Europe and elsewhere.
He was also keen in his speech to stress that Iraq and its security situation are stable and prosperous, and that it is not a country of wars and smoke
The Center Net called on the Iraqi government to invest in security stability and expedite the reopening of 16 cultural centers in different countries to be the voice of Iraqi civil enlightenment.
It is noteworthy that the center was established in 2013 and served as a communication bridge between Baghdad and Brussels, which is the slogan of the center, which works continuously for the upgrading and development as an Iraqi-Belgian center for culture, arts and literature and an active center within community and non-governmental organizations in Europe.
The center includes wonderful elites who contributed to making a mark in the fields of cinema and theater, including the most famous writer of children's sofas, Dr. Jassim Muhammad Salih, and writers of short stories and travel literature, including Mrs. Zainab Al-Musafer, in addition to plastic artists and others.
