The Minister of Agriculture, Water Resources and Fisheries in Tunisia, Abdel Moneim Belaati, discussed with the Italian Ambassador to Tunisia ways to enhance cooperation in the field of agriculture and water. The Ministry of Agriculture stated - in a statement, yesterday, Saturday - that the meeting discussed a number of bilateral files, and ways to enhance cooperation and partnership relations between the two countries in the agricultural, fishing and water sectors.
The Tunisian minister stressed his country's keenness to develop areas of bilateral cooperation to serve the interests of both countries, while the Italian ambassador expressed his country's desire to further consolidate and diversify areas of partnership with Tunisia in the field of the agricultural sector.
