Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said that Western countries are seeking to incite the global majority against Russia.
The Russian Foreign Minister pointed out - at the closing ceremony of the ministerial conference of the Russia-Africa Partnership Forum - that Russian and African countries exchanged - during the conference - a set of proposals on how to improve their relations.
Lavrov added that "this is being done without attempts to dictate, as the West continues to use intimidation methods in an attempt to incite the global majority against Russia."
He continued that "the West does not want to lose its leadership position on the world stage," noting that "despite the strong objective tendency towards forming a multipolar world, the West wants to slow down and stop this trend," as he put it.
According to what was reported by the Youm7 website in Cairo, quoting the Middle East News Agency this morning, Monday, which reported that the first ministerial conference of the Russia-Africa Partnership Forum was held in the Russian Federal District of Sirius on November 9 and 10, where about 1,500 delegates participated in the conference, including 45 ministers from African countries.
