Jafarzadeh: Iran's nuclear program is based on deception and has never been peaceful.. The resistance rejects uranium enrichment

Washington: Europe and the Arabs

Mr. Alireza Jafarzadeh, Deputy Director of the US Office of the National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI) and author of "The Iranian Threat," emphasized that the Iranian regime's nuclear program has never been peaceful. Rather, it has been a nuclear weapons program based on decades of systematic lies and deception.
Jafarzadeh emphasized that US President Donald Trump's categorical rejection of uranium enrichment in Iran reflects the correct position not only of the United States, but of the Iranian Resistance and the entire Iranian people. According to a statement distributed by the NCRI, a copy of which we received, titled "No to Uranium Enrichment in Iran, Even Under Peaceful Pretexts," Jafarzadeh clarified that all enrichment sites inside Iran were and remain part of the nuclear program. He said, "Since we first exposed the Natanz uranium enrichment facility in August 2002, the true nature of this program has begun to become clear. Everything related to enriching uranium to weapons-grade levels, or conducting explosive tests, is damning evidence of the regime's military intentions, despite its continued denials."
Dangerous Progress in Three Tracks: Fissile Material, Weaponization, and Delivery Systems
Regarding whether Iran is truly capable of making nuclear bombs, Jafarzadeh said that the program is divided into three stages: producing fissile material, developing a warhead, and delivering a delivery system. In these three areas, the regime has made significant progress. He pointed out that the Iranian Resistance revealed new nuclear sites in January and May that are directly linked to the weaponization aspect, confirming the regime's accelerating progress toward producing a bomb. The IAEA is restricted... and real oversight is nonexistent.
Jafarzadeh strongly criticized the IAEA's limited access to the most dangerous sites and activities, saying, "The agency focuses only on measuring enrichment levels at a few known sites, while the most dangerous aspects are hidden in secret locations, and Tehran consistently refuses to answer questions about explosive tests."
Comprehensive dismantlement... No concessions
Jafarzadeh reiterated his call for the complete dismantling of all Iranian nuclear facilities, under strict international supervision led by the IAEA. He rejected any compromise that would allow the regime to continue uranium enrichment or claim its peaceful uses, saying, "Even if the purpose is medical, any enrichment inside Iranian territory means potential exploitation to build a nuclear weapon."
The Iranian Resistance exposes, warns, and leads the fight for peace
Jafarzadeh concluded by stating that the Iranian Resistance has always been at the forefront of exposing the regime's nuclear intentions and providing concrete evidence to the world. He added, "The international community must understand that the mullahs' regime knows nothing but evasion, and that allowing it to continue its nuclear program will threaten security in the Middle East and the entire world."
