Head of the Brussels Center for Studies: Many of the sanctions against Russia have also had negative effects on the European economy, livelihood and economic security

Brussels: Europe and Arabs
Ramadan Abu Jazar, head of the Brussels Center for Studies and Research, said that the European Union is seeking to set the price of Russian oil as part of a series of additional new sanctions on Russia to prevent Russia from benefiting from high financial liquidity as a result of high oil prices in global markets. He added in statements to France 24 TV that Europe wants to Russia is financially defeated by the sanctions battle, and it is not clear how it can implement this step.
The seven major countries had previously taken a decision to set the price of Russian oil last April, but no specific value was announced, agreed upon by all.
China and India are the biggest recipients of Russian oil and gas now, and these two countries will not abide by any price ceiling set by Europe for Russian oil.
Many of the European sanctions on Russia also had negative effects on the European economy and on European livelihood and economic security.
Europe no longer has more goals in the economic sanctions bank that can influence Moscow..
The head of the Brussels Center for Studies and Research had previously told the BBC, that there is great European anger because of the sabotage act that targeted Nord Stream 1 and 2 gas supply lines and the threat of punishment.

Indeed, the European presidencies spoke in the language of a strong threat to hold accountable and punish the party that investigations prove responsible for this targeting.
The expressions indicate that the attack on the gas supply lines has angered and provoked the European officials to a great extent.
Although Poland accused the Russian side of being responsible for the sabotage, these accusations were not taken seriously by the European Union.
The European Union provides all possibilities urgently to complete an official investigation to determine who is responsible for this sabotage.
If it is proven that a Russian party or affiliated with Russia is responsible for this sabotage, the matter is considered normal, especially since Europe is actually in a state of clash with Russia in Ukraine and an open confrontation economically through escalating sanctions ... the danger and the great imbalance if other parties are responsible for this sabotage .

Europe considers this act of sabotage targeting European strategic security and will not tolerate those responsible for it.

It is not wise to accuse Russia of being responsible for this sabotage act of the two gas pipelines, because Russia is also affected by this sabotage, because it is directly invested in them and benefits from the continuation of their work and only reaps losses if they are destroyed.
