
A Tunisian government delegation heads to Washington to meet with representatives of the International Monetary Fund

Tunisian media reported on Friday that a government delegation will head to Washington to meet with representatives of the International Monetary Fund.
Tunisian government spokesman Nasr El-Din Al-Nusabi confirmed that a delegation that includes the Minister of Finance, the Minister of Economy, the Governor of the Central Bank, and a team of executives who worked on the economic program, will move next week to Washington to meet representatives of the International Monetary Fund.
Nasr al-Din al-Nusabi expected that there would be updates on the final agreement before the end of next October.
He revealed that the tire team, consisting of 400 people, is about to hold workshops under the supervision of the Prime Minister at the guest house to put the final touches on the economic program.
