The Dutch Public Prosecution Office is considering deporting a person to Rabat because of his criminal record

Netherlands: Noureddine El Amrani
A citizen of Moroccan origin residing in Arnhem in his fifties has become Persona no grata and the local authorities may have to expel him to his native Morocco.

The person concerned created many problems for the police and has a record of crimes.

However, the Public Prosecution Office, in a statement, stated that in the past, the expulsion of Moroccan citizens was difficult because the Moroccan authorities did not accept cooperation.

Circumstances have changed, especially after the signing of an agreement between Morocco and the Netherlands, which includes allowing the Dutch authorities to deport the undesirable to their country of origin.

This agreement aroused the anger of many human rights activists and civil organizations defending the rights of migrants, considering it a violation of the international covenants signed between the two countries.
