Brussels: Europe and the Arabs
This afternoon, the Secretary General of NATO, Mr. Jens Stoltenberg, will meet with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, Mr. Dmytro Kuleba, and the High Coordinator of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Mr. Josep Borrell, at NATO headquarters in Brussels. The meeting will discuss the developments of the situation in Ukraine and ways to increase support for the Ukrainians to confront the Russian aggression
Borrell had referred to this meeting during the closing press conference of the meeting of European Union foreign ministers on Monday evening, noting the unity of the Atlantic position on the Ukraine file and saying, "We have all been in Kiev during this year. Today, President [United States, Joe] Biden is visiting our neighbors and friends." Ukrainians: President Biden's visit is a clear demonstration of our transatlantic unity and our determination to continue supporting Ukraine together.

The addition of my meeting Tuesday with the Secretary General of NATO and the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine is also proof of this transatlantic unity.
He also said, "This war is taking place on European soil, but it has a global impact. This war has sent shock waves to the entire world, creating a lot of trouble in the energy and food markets, increasing prices, provoking inflation, the reaction of central banks, raising interest rates, creating Stagnant economic growth. After the pandemic, economies were recovering. The war killed recovery in many places.
