The Iranian Resistance condemns the death sentence against Al-Suwaidi Kaab.. and demands immediate action from the European Union and the United Nations to save and liberate him

Brussels: Europe and the Arabs

The Iranian Resistance has strongly condemned the death sentence issued by an Iranian court against Habib Farajullah Kaab (Isiud), an Arab citizen who was kidnapped to Iran two and a half years ago. This calls for immediate action by the Swedish government, whose nationality Habib Asyoud holds, as well as by the European Union and human rights organizations, to save his life and freedom. This is according to what was stated in a statement distributed by the Iranian Resistance today, Monday, and we received a copy of it via e-mail.
Today, the public relations of the Supreme Court of the mullahs’ regime announced that “the death sentence against Kaab is certain, final and definitive” (Mizan News Agency, March 12). In October 2020, he was kidnapped from Turkey in retaliation for an operation carried out at a parade in Ahvaz on September 22, 2018 and transferred to Tehran.
In its statement issued on November 1, 2020, the Iranian Resistance announced that, regardless of the political stances of Mr. Habib Isiud and his group, it strongly condemns this kidnapping and clear crime that is a violation of international laws, and calls on the United Nations, the European Union and the Swedish government to take urgent measures to return him. The statement added that it is unacceptable and disgusting to provide any facilities for the kidnapping of Iranian refugees and opponents of the Iranian regime and their return to Iran by other countries, especially Iran's neighboring countries.
The Iranian Resistance stresses once again that the leaders and officials of the regime must be brought to justice because of the numerous kidnappings and assassinations in Turkey and European countries. The statement concluded with the signing of the secretariat of the National Council of Resistance of Iran
