Sergey Ryabkov, Russia's Deputy Foreign Minister, said that Moscow is warning Washington to test its patience and Russia's security will be guaranteed by all means.

According to Russia Today, Rabkov added that the United States, which intends to continue flying rallies over the Black Sea, is "colliding" with Russian countermeasures, and no flights can shake Moscow's determination to ensure the country's security by all available means. Ryabkov stressed, "The security of the Russian Federation will be 100% guaranteed by all means available to us. No American reconnaissance, attack, strategic drones of any kind can shake our resolve."

"The United States reaffirms its position as a direct participant in the conflict in Ukraine by providing Kiev with more lethal weapons than ever before... Russia urges the United States not to continue on the path of escalation," Ryabkov added.

Ryabkov pointed out that members of the US Congress do not realize the danger of supplying cluster munitions to Kiev. "They seem unaware of the implications for the security of the US-led North Atlantic bloc."
