The Russian State Duma Speaker, Vyacheslav Volodin, called on the United States, Britain and France to compensate Africa for the damage it caused to the continent.
Volodin said - according to (Russia Today) news channel, today, Thursday, that the United Nations should consider the issue of compensating the peoples of the African continent by the United States, Britain and France first and foremost for the damage caused to the continent by these countries, adding that Africa has the right to independently dispose of its wealth, and to compensate it for the damages inflicted upon it by the colonialists.
