Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov, in his comment on the words of German Chancellor Olaf Scholz regarding a future dialogue with Moscow, confirmed that the West is very carefully building a bridge towards a clear final future. According to the Middle East News Agency
Peskov explained - according to the Russia Today news channel: “The tone in such statements has changed dramatically... At first they talked about Russia’s defeat, and now they are carefully building a bridge towards a clear final future.”
German Chancellor Olaf Scholz said earlier that he is ready to speak with Russian President Vladimir Putin in the future, and is determined to continue the dialogue with Moscow for the possibility of holding negotiations between Russia and Ukraine.
French President Emmanuel Macron stated earlier that he might one day come to negotiate over Ukraine with Russia.
American billionaire Elon Musk called on Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky to start negotiations and stop destroying Ukrainian youth in the trenches.
Russia has constantly expressed its readiness to negotiate, but the Ukrainian authorities imposed a ban on it at the legislative level.
