Palestinian National Council: The green light from America made the Israeli occupation army continue the policy of ethnic cleansing and genocide..Bombing residential communities in Beit Lahia, Jabalia and Beit Hanoun

Gaza - New York: Europe and the Arabs
Palestinian Health Ministry spokesman Khalil Daqran said today, Sunday, that the Israeli occupation army is bombing entire residential blocks in Beit Lahia, Jabalia and Beit Hanoun, stressing that it is still continuing its policy of ethnic cleansing and genocide against the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip.
Daqran added in a special statement to Al-Qahera News Channel today, Sunday, that "more than 70 martyrs and dozens of wounded and missing people, including children and women, were killed in the Beit Lahia massacre after the Israeli occupation army bombed densely populated residential blocks in the northern Gaza Governorate," stressing that "the Israeli occupation is still continuing its war and policy of ethnic cleansing, eradication and genocide in a clear manner against the Palestinian people, in conjunction with its destruction of the health system in the northern Gaza Governorate."
The head of the Palestinian National Council, Rawhi Fattouh, said, "The massacre (Beit Lahia Project) in the northern Gaza Strip is a natural result of the green light from the American administration, which is a partner with the Israeli occupation in the war of genocide and ethnic cleansing against the daily crimes of the occupation." Fattouh added in a statement today, Sunday, reported by the Palestinian News Agency "Wafa" - "The cutting off of communications by the occupation army is evidence that it was planning this brutal massacre to complete the ethnic cleansing war and exterminate the remaining civilians in the northern Gaza Strip, where the occupation army committed a horrific massacre that reflects its bloodiness." He pointed out that the new massacre comes in conjunction with the occupation's destruction of the health system in the northern Gaza Strip Governorate, where hospitals were bombed and medical crews were shot at, forcing them to evacuate and leave them immediately; which exposes hundreds of wounded to death.

The head of the council expressed his condemnation and denunciation of the international positions towards the extermination and uprooting of the Palestinian people in northern Gaza and all parts of the Strip.. calling for an immediate session of the Security Council, imposing a ceasefire and stopping the massacres committed by the criminal government. He also called on the countries of the world and the international community to adopt a position and impose sanctions on the terrorist apartheid entity, to force it to stop these crimes that have been ongoing for more than a year against displaced children and women. For her part, Joyce Msuya, Acting Under-Secretary-General for Humanitarian Affairs, stressed the need to protect civilians, the wounded and sick, health-care workers and health facilities, under international humanitarian law, following what she described as “horrific news from northern Gaza, where Palestinians continue to suffer unspeakable horrors under the blockade imposed by Israeli forces.”

In Jabalia, Msuya said that people are “trapped under rubble and first responders are being denied access. Tens of thousands of Palestinians are being forcibly displaced. Essential supplies are running out. Hospitals have been bombed and overwhelmed with patients.”

Joyce Msuya stressed – in a post on the X website on Saturday – that these atrocities must stop and that international humanitarian law must be respected. She also called on Israel to comply with the provisional measures issued by the International Court of Justice.
Jabalia blockade threatens lives
For his part, Muhannad Hadi, the Humanitarian Coordinator for the occupied Palestinian territory, called for the need to allow humanitarian and rescue teams to reach without delay to save lives, saying that international humanitarian law is an obligation that must always be respected.

Hadi added in a statement issued on Saturday: “Over the past two weeks, we have repeatedly warned that the tightened blockade on Jabalia and northern Gaza threatens lives,” noting that Al-Awda and Indonesian hospitals – two of the three hospitals still operating in the northern Gaza governorate – were directly hit yesterday, Friday, amid the escalation of hostilities. He warned that these attacks deepen the already alarming humanitarian crisis in the northern Gaza Strip.

In the past two weeks, Israeli forces have increased their pressure on these hospitals to evacuate them, but patients have had nowhere to go. Patients, medical staff and displaced people have been injured, according to the UN coordinator.
In the Indonesian hospital, Hadi reported the death of two patients due to power outages and lack of supplies; some medical staff were forced to flee to save their lives. The facility is no longer operational.
Israeli forces have failed to respond to urgent UN request
Muhannad Hadi stressed that Gaza needs more functioning health facilities, not fewer, noting that Kamal Adwan Hospital treats two-thirds of the 370 patients in the North Gaza Governorate, most of whom suffer from trauma injuries. The hospital suffers from a severe shortage of beds, medicines, medical supplies and fuel.
Muhannad Hadi pointed out that Israeli forces have failed to respond since Friday to an urgent request from the United Nations to access northern Gaza to help rescue dozens of wounded people trapped under the rubble, warning that "every minute counts and these delays threaten lives. Hospitals, patients, medical staff and other civilians must always be protected. They are never a target."
