Gaza – Washington: Europe and the Arabs

US President Donald Trump said that the international force slated for deployment in the Gaza Strip "will be on the ground very soon."

This came during a dinner at the White House with leaders from Central Asian countries, where he responded to a journalist's question by saying, "This will happen very soon. Things in Gaza are going very well."

In the same context, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu emphasized that Washington had clarified that any international force entering Gaza must have Israel's approval, according to a report by the European news network Euronews in Brussels. The report also stated that, on the other hand, the Committee for Missing Persons in Gaza said that the Strip has become like "the world's largest open-air graveyard," with estimates indicating that more than 10,000 bodies remain under the rubble, yet to be recovered. The committee called for allowing the entry of specialized international teams and advanced technical equipment to locate and identify the victims.

Israeli Defense Minister Yisrael Katz said, "I have instructed the army to destroy all the tunnels in the Gaza Strip, down to the last one. If there are no more tunnels, Hamas will cease to exist." In the humanitarian context, aid organizations reported that Israeli restrictions on aid entering Gaza have increased recently, noting that Israeli authorities control the type and quantity of materials allowed in, as well as their distribution routes, exacerbating the living conditions of the Gaza Strip's residents.

In a related development, the administration of US President Donald Trump announced, during a summit of leaders from five Central Asian countries at the White House, that Kazakhstan had officially agreed to join the normalization agreements with Israel, known as the Abraham Accords.

The announcement followed a phone call between Trump, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, and Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev.

Trump wrote on his Truth Social account: "Kazakhstan is the first country in my second term to join the Abraham Accords, and the first of many more to come... More countries are moving toward peace and prosperity through the Abraham Accords." Kazakhstan, for its part, described its expected accession to the Abraham Accords as a "natural and logical" step, emphasizing that this move "represents a continuation of its foreign policy path, which is based on dialogue, mutual respect, and the promotion of regional stability."

Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev praised Trump's efforts, stating that he "contributed to ending eight wars."

Earlier, a US official confirmed the information published by Axios, indicating that Kazakhstan seeks "to deepen its relations with Israel."

Meanwhile, the Austrian government announced on Thursday, November 6, the discovery of weapons inside a rented warehouse in Vienna, confirming the seizure of five pistols and ten magazines of ammunition.

This development comes within the context of a broad investigation involving several countries, linked to three individuals arrested in Germany in early October on suspicion of planning attacks targeting Jewish or Israeli institutions. British man arrested in London

In connection with the same case, the government said a 39-year-old British man was arrested Monday in London on suspicion of having close ties to the weapons found in the warehouse. It explained that the arrest was part of a "wide-ranging, internationally coordinated investigation into a global terrorist organization with close ties to Hamas."

The UK's National Crime Agency confirmed the arrest, adding that he is expected to appear at Westminster Magistrates' Court on November 10.

Suspected Hamas members arrested

The arrest was carried out at the request of German authorities, who are seeking the man's extradition. He is believed to have transported the weapons to Vienna during the summer. According to a statement from the German prosecutor's office, the suspect was in contact with one of the three men arrested in Germany.

The German public prosecutor's office announced in early October the arrest of the suspected Hamas members on suspicion of acquiring weapons to carry out "deadly attacks" targeting Israeli or Jewish institutions in Germany.

For its part, the Palestinian Hamas movement denied any connection to the three detainees or to the weapons operation.
