Brussels: Europe and the Arabs
A statement issued by NATO headquarters in Brussels said, “Allied defense ministers will meet at NATO headquarters on February 15, 2024. The meeting will be chaired by NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg.”
The Secretary-General will address the media after the ministerial meeting.
The ministers are expected to evaluate the developments in the situation with regard to the Russian war on Ukraine and ways to provide NATO support to Kiev and coordinate positions in this regard, in addition to the continuation of the alliance’s steps on the path of the deterrence and defense strategy and the joint NATO exercises conducted by member states, as well as other files related to the internal affairs of the alliance and also International and regional files, including cooperation between NATO and the European Union
