On Monday morning, the Netherlands opened one hundred reception centers designated for this purpose and will start giving the vaccine to the elderly and sick, provided that the matter will include after that all persons from 12 years and over
 And the neighboring country, Belgium, has started, since the beginning of this month, to send invitations to citizens, especially those over the age of 55, to obtain the vaccine to face any possibility of a new outbreak of the virus. Vaccination operations have already begun for health care workers first and then for citizens in the Flemish regions, then the Walloon region, and then the region Brussels, the capital.
 Other countries have also begun to take the same measures as part of a European move to confront any possibilities of an outbreak of any type of mutated virus
