Today, Tuesday, the American "Johns Hopkins University" stated that the number of confirmed infections with the emerging coronavirus "Covid-19" around the world rose to 612 million, 410 thousand and 224 cases.

And the university reported, in the latest statistics published on its website, that the total number of deaths due to infection with the virus around the world rose to 6,527,901 deaths.

She explained that the United States recorded the largest number of cases of infection around the world, which amounted to more than 95.7 million injuries, while the outcome of India exceeded 44.5 million injuries, ranking second, followed by Brazil with more than 34.5 million.

According to the latest data, the United States topped the list of countries in terms of the number of deaths due to infection with the virus with more than one million and 53 thousand cases, followed by Brazil in second place with 685 thousand and 424 deaths, and then India came in third place with a total of 528 thousand and 370 deaths.
