New York - Brussels: Europe and the Arabs
For girls and young women to thrive in STEM careers, they need to acquire the skills to become users as well as creators of ICTs in the digital world. Therefore, in consultation with young people, we have identified “Digital Skills for Life” as the theme for International Girls in ICT Day 2023.
This year and every year, the ITU and its partners work together to inspire and encourage girls to pursue a future in ICT and to empower them by ensuring they have the necessary skills, confidence and support to achieve their goals.
In 2023, International Girls in ICT Day will be celebrated on April 27th.
