Emergency landing of a Jordanian military plane in Belgium, two people injured.. and the competent authorities began an investigation

A small military plane made an emergency landing in Virton (Luxembourg Province) in Belgium. Emergency services from the nearby cities of Arlon and Obang arrived at the scene. Two passengers were injured and received immediate medical care. They were then taken to the hospital. Belgian media recently revealed some of the circumstances of the accident that occurred last Monday evening, adding that it turned out to be a Jordanian military plane. The Federal Prosecutor's Office has opened an investigation but declined any further comment.

The Prosecutor's Office does not wish to provide any additional information for the benefit of the investigation. According to the Ministry of Defense, opening an investigation is the usual procedure for such types of incidents.

According to the Belgian daily newspaper News Bild on its website, "According to our information, it was an additional 330 LX aircraft belonging to the Royal Jordanian Falcons. The Jordanian team is in our country to participate in the Sanicol International Air Show in Hechtel-Ixelles on September 21 and 22."
