Brussels: Europe and the Arabs
Everyone has a field in which he excels.. Today's model is a former soccer player in Morocco who did not achieve the fame he dreamed of, but only achieved it when he switched to another field, which is the world of cooking and became one of the most famous chefs in the French capital, and there he met his colleague Noureddine Al-Amrani and wrote: He sails to Paris "every year he takes a step", and he was not that Bedouin from the East who is fascinated by the stars. He came to Paris with a wide history of loitering in food and tastes. He came there to tell the world something, and to make a way with the sweat of his brow.
The chef Abdelkader Bolgalag did not come from any empty seat as a man addicted to coincidences, but rather straightened up like a flower that is good at turning around in its childhood. He was fond of cooking, which he considered a dream, since he had been a hobby in which he gradually graduated in letters. He enters the kitchen, observes, tastes and experiments, mixes materials and foods, and searches for the secrets of their interactions, searching for that wonderful harmony between taste and smell, and between form and content.
When the dream became big, he had to stand in the "cooking" sea on a high wave. A hobby is not enough, eavesdropping on a mother or sister is not enough, it is not enough to sneak into the kitchen to try this or that recipe, and those whims that hang from the neck of "nothing can be done" are not enough.
Thus, then, the young Abdelkader joined the hotel school in Fez in the early eighties until the nineties, where he continued his formation in the specializations of catering, hotel, kitchen, cultural activation and hotel management techniques, and he was included in the departments, and in the international art of "food", until he was able to obtain the rank The first in Morocco at a cooking exhibition held in Casablanca.
And because ambition does not mean seclusion in hotels, nor reassurance of personal achievements, it was necessary to lean towards other horizons, to deepen knowledge, and to measure oneself with what makes it shine and rise. Thus, in the first stage, he moved to Germany to continue his studies and expand his knowledge, and from there to France to finally settle in Paris, after he had continued to work in many classified French restaurants and hotels for more than thirty years, during which he accumulated a good reputation as a high-class Moroccan cook, who is visited by those who wish. In dishes that are distinguished by their exceptional taste.
Chef Belglag is currently working at the "La Place" restaurant located in Neuilly Sur Sein, and it is one of the most famous restaurants in the capital of lights on Sainte-Foy Street. . It is visited by many world celebrities, as well as loyal customers from all segments of Parisian society, to eat amazing dishes prepared by a chef who loves his profession. Among the most famous of these dishes is the “carpaccio” (beef) and salmon sashimi served with crispy rice; In addition to the "cheesecake", lemon, Japanese pearls, and "mango and pineapple" salad.
As a reminder, Abdelkader Bolgalag, a former player in Nahdet Berkane team and belongs to a sports family with distinction, gave birth to distinguished players, including Abdel-Wahhab, the player who gave a lot to basketball and football, and is now the representative of the Royal Football University in the Eastern Province.
