Brussels: Europe and the Arabs
The European External Action Department in Brussels announced, through a statement, that talks took place with the American side on Thursday evening, during a phone call made by the High Coordinator for Foreign Policy, Josep Borrell, with US Secretary of State Anthony J. blinkin
According to the European statement, the telephone talks dealt with ways to strengthen relations between the European Union and the United States to coordinate responses to priority foreign and security policy issues.

Borrell also affirmed the EU's support for Ukraine for as long as it takes, and thanked Secretary Blinken for the unprecedented cooperation in continuing large-scale assistance to Ukraine. They also discussed issues related to Iran, China and the Western Balkan countries.
