Bastev, who - it must be mentioned here - owes the greatest credit for what he did in educating a large segment of the people and enlightening their minds until they were able to put pressure on President Sal and force him to disavow him from running for an illegitimate third term in the elections to be held in 2024 AD. His presidency was stained with the blood of many innocent people, during which nearly a thousand or more were imprisoned on false and fabricated charges against them unjustly and aggressively! Not to mention the types of torture and abuse that some of these prisoners received out of spite and anger. Added to all this are many negative things, including: his deliberate and planned change of the national line-up in all state agencies in positions and jobs to consolidate his rule and establish his alleged kingdom using the so-and-so race to which he belongs! Among them is also the theft and plundering of state funds and the deduction of its lands, in which countless reports came from specialized authorities condemning it! All of this prompts us to stand before his failure to run for a third term, pending an objective and scientific analysis. There is no doubt that we will avoid the correct analysis that can lead us to correct and realistic results if we isolate this political position - which is political in every sense of the word - from the rest of the events and positions that preceded it. An in-depth and objective reading of the National Dialogue - (which we consider to be a farce and a mockery of dialogue) - which President Macky Sall called for before he withdrew from running for a third term provides very important data for every conscious observer of what is happening on the political scene since Senegal gained its independence in 1960. When the cunning president was gathered and called in the “Dar al-Nadwa” i.e. the presidential palace, only those who spent all their lives feeding on the blood of the people by looting their money and embezzling their property and wealth responded to him. Those who answered the president's call are a corrupt and vile group that toils and strives day and night in order to preserve this regime whose corruption has become evident and its invalidity, futility and benefit to the Senegalese people have become crystal clear. Therefore, it is imperative for the people and the youth in particular to form one front, and not accept that Macky Sall and his gang of politicians block the door in their face to prevent the desired winds of change from blowing and spreading in Senegal, and throughout Africa. Therefore, we go back to reaffirm that the struggle of the people is to get rid of this corrupt system that was adopted by this filthy group that sucked the blood of the people and found its sweetness and pleasure to prevent them from abandoning it and being patient in tasting it. It is not lost on the minds of the people and the youth, especially that the next stage is greater, in fact even greater because it carries with it huge challenges imposed on them by this political position that harbors more than it reveals. and planning, fraud, treachery, treachery, decadent and despicable political tactics against its own people for the sake of purely selfish and factional interests. It is no crime that looking at the issue from this angle we find it very sad. Accordingly, we realize that what was agreed upon and programmed in the “Dar Al-Nadwa” on the back of the people is a heinous political coup against the will of this people, and its conclusion: Everyone is fit to run in the 2024 elections except Sonko, because he is the hated and hated radical oppositionist who refused to betray his people, betray them and negotiate. On his back! Accordingly, it is imperative to close the door in front of him, isolate him completely, and tarnish his name so that in the eyes of everyone or everyone, he becomes that charlatan and agent of evil who came to corrupt Senegal! Chief Sonko represents cholera, AIDS, influenza and covid-19 in the interests of this class of politicians. The only leader who refused to enter into the arena of conspiracies is the leader Sonko, who has so far remained consistent with his views and adherents to his principles, he did not deviate from them and did not compromise on them. It is worth noting here that the rest of the political leaders who did not enter into the "national dialogue" clique or the despicable conspiracies, if some of them were characterized by integrity in their statements and behaviors and adhered to their principles and opinions, then the conspiracies plotted against the people did not take them into account and did not care about their existence, perhaps the reason is due to the belief The interlocutors conspiring that these do not pose a threat at all to the ruling party, and rather to the two parties (PDS) and (PS) due to their light weight in the political map.
In this regard, we cannot fail to point out that President Macky Sall, if his intentions were really good and he wanted good, stability and peace for this country and its people, he would not have confirmed repeatedly in his speech on July 3 that he would pursue what he called "fossoyeurs" who, in his belief, are enemies. Senegal, and that he will prosecute them as individuals and groups, adding that this will be his preoccupation for the rest of his stay in the presidency! He also stressed that he would make sure with all his might to implement all judicial rulings issued by the courts! If his intention was good, he would have released all political detainees unconditionally and played the card of calm and peace, knowing that there are only a few months left for him to step down from the presidency. Let the president know that the people are conscious, waiting for him and standing on the lookout for him. They are a great and balanced people that only move at the right time. And the indisputable truth is that the broad base of the people has shown its will and installed its leader in its brains before the time comes, because it has seen in the political opposition Osman Sonko a paradise of bliss starting from the year 2024 AD and in the people of the system hell, and that is since the year 1960 AD, and the intelligent person does not sell Light in the dark. Whatever is said, we know that Sonko remains just a promise or a dream, but we hope with all our hearts that it will be accomplished and achieved in the near future, due to the aspirations and hopes related to it of a people mired in abject poverty and outrageous backwardness that politicians played with for a long time, so it is time to leave the inherited political system and its people.
In the end, it is worth noting or affirming that Sonko is more deserving than other political opponents of the presidency of the state in the year 2024 AD, and that is due to his valiant stances that did not know weakness, softness, or weakness. All the opponents who preceded him and played the "Republican" card (républicain) and respecting the laws were arrested, imprisoned and prevented from running! This is what Mackie did not succeed in with the seasoned leader Sonko, since from the first moment the latter took a radical and courageous stand with the regime and categorically refused to be a prey that could be easily devoured, as he did with his predecessors (Karim Wade and Khalifa Sall). It also seems to us that Sonko is the unique political opposition whose proposed political program is evident in the minds of a large segment of Senegalese, educated and uncultured.
